Yoga Kids
Kids Yoga is a gentle and fun approach to yoga specially designed for children. Our classes aim to develop flexibility, strength, balance, concentration, and body awareness in a playful way.
Through poses inspired by the animal world (the dog lying down, the cat stretching, etc.), breathing exercises (pranayama), and soothing stories, children learn to better understand their bodies, manage their emotions, and relax.
The sessions are led by a certified instructor experienced in working with children. The atmosphere is calm and supportive, promoting relaxation and personal growth. We use visual aids (illustrations, puppets) to make the classes more engaging and age-appropriate.
Kids Yoga helps children improve their posture, reduce stress and anxiety, and develop greater self-esteem. It's a great way to promote your child's physical and mental health while having fun! Comfortable clothing is recommended.
